MCP OAuth 2.0 Dynamic Client Registration

RFC 7591 dynamic client registration. MCP clients such as Claude Desktop call this automatically when a connector is added, so only the server URL is required. Returns a public client_id used at /auth/mcp/authorize and /api/mcp/oauth/token. Rate limited per IP.

1 to 10 callback URLs. Must be https, or loopback http (localhost, 127.0.0.1, [::1]), with no fragment

Only "none" (public client) is supported
