Managing Your Organization

Chatofy is built on a multi-tenant architecture. Each organization is a fully isolated workspace with its own WABAs, contacts, conversations, campaigns, and team members. Understanding how organizations work is key to using Chatofy effectively.

Organization Structure

Each organization contains:

• Organization Profile — Name, settings, and subscription plan
• Members — Users with a role (Admin or Member)
• WABAs — Connected WhatsApp Business Accounts
• Phone Numbers — Registered numbers for messaging
• Data — Contacts, conversations, campaigns, flows, and templates

Organization Settings

Access your organization settings from the dashboard sidebar. Here you can:

• View and edit organization name
• Manage team members and roles
• Configure WhatsApp connections
• Manage API keys and webhooks
• View billing and subscription details

Agency Organizations

Organizations can be flagged as an Agency, enabling them to manage client sub-organizations. Agency users can access the Agency → Clients page to oversee their client workspaces.
