Switching Between Organizations

If you are a member of multiple organizations, you can easily switch between them from the dashboard. Each organization has its own isolated data, conversations, and settings.

How to Switch

1. Look for the Organization Switcher in the sidebar header
2. Click on the current organization name to open the dropdown
3. Select the organization you want to switch to
4. The dashboard will reload with the selected organization's data

What Changes When You Switch

• The sidebar updates to show the new organization's data
• Inbox shows conversations belonging to the new organization
• Contacts, campaigns, and flows are scoped to the current organization
• Your role permissions apply based on your membership in that specific organization

Multiple WABAs in One Organization

You don't need multiple organizations to manage multiple WhatsApp numbers. A single organization can connect multiple WABAs and phone numbers. Use the organization switching feature only when you need full data isolation between different business entities.
