Building Your First Flow

Flows are visual chatbot workflows built with a drag-and-drop editor powered by React Flow. You can create automated conversations, lead qualification bots, survey flows, and more without writing any code.

Creating a New Flow

1. Navigate to Flows from the sidebar
2. Click "Create Flow"
3. Enter a name and optional description for your flow
4. Click "Open Builder" to launch the visual editor

The Flow Builder Interface

The builder has three main areas:

• Node Palette — Left panel with available node types you can drag onto the canvas
• Canvas — Central area where you arrange and connect nodes
• Node Config Panel — Right panel that shows configuration options for the selected node

Building a Simple Flow

A basic flow has these components:

1. Start Node — The trigger point (added automatically)
2. Send Message Node — Add a node that sends a welcome message
3. Collect Input Node — Ask a question and wait for the customer's response
4. Condition Node — Branch based on the customer's answer
5. End Node — Terminate the flow or hand off to an agent

Connecting Nodes

Drag from the output handle (dot) on one node to the input handle on another node to create connections. Each connection represents the flow of conversation. You can rearrange nodes by dragging them on the canvas.
