Client Setup Guide

Connect ChatGPT to Chatofy

Empower your Custom GPTs with live WhatsApp customer context and actions.

Before you start

  • A ChatGPT Plus, Team, Enterprise, or Edu account with access to GPT Builder.
  • Your Chatofy API key from Settings → API Keys.

Step-by-step setup

Open GPT Builder in ChatGPT

Go to chatgpt.com/gpts/editor or open an existing Custom GPT in edit mode.

Configure Custom Actions

Go to Configure → Actions → Create new action.

Set the OpenAPI URL and Auth

Import schema from URL: https://app.chatofy.in/api/developer/openapi. Under Authentication, select API Key with Auth Type Bearer and enter your Chatofy API key.

Save and Publish

Publish your Custom GPT to your workspace and start managing WhatsApp conversations.
