Connect Cursor to Chatofy

Use Chatofy WhatsApp CRM tools directly from Cursor's Agent while you work.

Before you start

The Cursor desktop app, updated to the latest version (Cursor → Check for Updates).
Your Chatofy API key from Settings → API Keys in the dashboard.

Step-by-step setup

Open or create your Cursor settings file

Cursor stores MCP servers in ~/.cursor/mcp.json (Mac/Linux) or %USERPROFILE%\.cursor\mcp.json (Windows). You can also add it to a project-level .cursor/mcp.json file.

Add the Chatofy server entry

Paste the JSON configuration shown below, replacing cfy_sk_live_... with your organization API key.

Verify in Cursor Settings

Open Cursor Settings → Features → MCP. You will see "chatofy" with a green light indicating 32 tools are active.

Test with Cursor Agent

Press Cmd+I (or Ctrl+I) to open Agent and ask: "Use Chatofy to find the contact for +919876543210 and show their tags."
