Connect Claude to Chatofy

Run your WhatsApp business by chatting with Claude on the web, in the desktop app, or on your phone.

Before you start

A Chatofy account that belongs to the organization you want to connect, with an active WhatsApp number.
A Claude account on any plan (Free allows 1 custom connector; Pro, Team, and Enterprise allow more).
Claude Desktop updated to the latest version, or access to claude.ai in your browser.

Step-by-step setup

Open your connectors in Claude

In Claude, go to Customize → Connectors, or open claude.ai/customize/connectors directly.

Add a custom connector

Click + Add, then choose Add custom connector.

Enter the server name and URL

Enter Name: Chatofy and Server URL: https://app.chatofy.in/api/mcp. Click Continue.

Choose the sign-in options

Under Authentication, select "Sign in now". Under OAuth client, choose "Register automatically". Click Continue, then Add.

Approve the Chatofy consent window

Your browser opens the Chatofy consent screen. Sign in, choose your organization workspace, and click Approve.

Turn on Chatofy in any chat

Return to Claude. The connector shows as Connected. In any chat, click + at the lower left, choose Connectors, and switch Chatofy on.

Ask in plain English

Try asking: "List my 5 newest contacts from Chatofy" or "Who messaged us in the last 2 hours without a reply?".

For read-only access (Claude can read conversations and deals but cannot send messages or alter data), use https://app.chatofy.in/api/mcp?writes=false as the server URL.

Verify connector health via terminal
